Varnish Removal Flushing Services

The OILKLEEN® patent-pending Varnish Removal Flushing Service equipment can be deployed very quickly — including emergency oil flushing — anywhere in the United States. Our flushing system can remove varnish build up in your piping, reservoir, and internal components at a rate of 1,500 gallons per hour. Our Flushing service includes on-site colorimetric varnish analysis, microscopic photo analysis, detailed post job engineering report, and a certificate of lab analysis provided by an independent laboratory.

On-Site Oil Varnish Analysis

The OILKLEEN® on-site laboratory uses the most advanced and technological equipment in the industry. Our on-site oil varnish testing service can detect early signs of varnish and oxidation and prevent unscheduled downtime, damage to components, and loss of production.

Electrostatic Oil Cleaner Rental

Not sure if electrostatic oil cleaners can solve your fluid contamination issues? You can rent the OILKLEEN® patented electrostatic oil filtration technology and see our amazing performance by simply putting an OILKLEEN® GREEN MACHEEN™ 300 or OILKLEEN® GREEN MACHEEN™ 500 on your system for a trial rental period. Each rental program will have an OILKLEEN® engineer look at your system and properly size which unit to install. You simply pay the shipping, rental fee, and post laboratory analysis and we provide the results. Once the trial period is complete, the BEFORE and AFTER results are documented by colorimetric and laboratory analysis which will prove the performance of the OILKLEEN® technology.
